Tuition Rates are for normal Daycare Services. If your child has more needs then prices will need to be adjusted. My services will be available Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can arrange an earlier drop off time and later pick up time, but we will need to discuss those needs for care outside of normal business hours and I will try to accommodate reasonable request at an additional fee.

A LATE FEE OF $2.00 PER MINUTE WILL BE ASSESSED TO ALL CHILDREN THAT ARE PICKED UP AFTER HOURS OF OPERATION UNLESS OTHER PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE!
IF YOU ARE ON A ARKANSAS STATE PAID CHILD SERVICES PLAN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES NOT COVERED BY THIS PLAN/PROGRAM!
All daycare tuition is payable prior to my daycare services no mater if paid weekly, bi weekly or monthly. This will enable me to purchase food and supplies over the weekend for the coming week. Payment is preferred in Cash; however, PayPal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks will be accepted when drawn on a local bank. Please make check payable to “Juanita Russell” in the MEMO section you may write "Precious Ones In-Home Daycare". In the unlikely event of a returned check, I will require a $40.00 service charge in addition to the repayment all charges I may incur as a result of the inconvenience of a returned check. If the service charge of $40.00 and the If you need to be late PLEASE talk with me prior to due date. If you are late past 2 days, daycare services can and will be stopped until payment is made. Unless PRIOR arrangements have been made in advance. If you are late more than two times,this may cause termination of my daycare services provided to you. If I am closed on our scheduled daycare tuition due date of Mondays, then Tuition is due by next day open for that week. In order to provide my own family with a stable financial situation, I cannot offer any discounts for days your child is not in my care, such as days when your child is ill, or other days when you choose not to bring your child unless special circumstances apply . Though I realize daycare is a major expense for most working parents I have worked hard at keeping my Tuition Cost LOW, and since I rely on this business to help support my own family. I need to charge you for your child's held position whether you use it or not since I will beholding your child’s space for you to use at your will. Rare exceptions may be made at my discretion for certain or extreme circumstances. If you request, you may receive a written receipt for each individual payment of tuition and fees. By January 31st of each year, I will provide you with a summary of all fees paid for the previous calendar year. I will also provide you with a proper tax form showing my taxpayer ID number and the full amount of any charges for the previous calendar year so you may claim this expense on your taxes. If you are an Arkansas State Paid contracted client, then you are responsible for any daycare services not covered under your Arkansas State Paid Child Service Plan. All Arkansas State Paid Child Services Plan payments are due by the 5th of the month unless otherwise stated in contract.
